Allied-Barton Security ripoff King Of Prussia Pennsylvania

ALLIED-BARTON SECURITY IS A REAL CESSPOLE!!!

For confidential purposes, names and places will be changed in this true story, but you will still get the point. Just know Allied-Security condones stealing, stalking, and harrassment, as women don't stand a chance working for them. Before Barton bought out Allied, there was good management and decent benefits there, as then suddenly, Barton ousted all the long-timers and took away paid vacations in 2005, making the company nothing but filth. I was one of many victims in what other writers call "The Allied-Barton Mafia", as yes, they are a bunch of crooks, perverts, and liars, from what I experienced there!

I was working for one of their job sites and man, I never seen such a highly concentrated group of people there, who are very perverted, deranged, and backstabbing like some of the ones I experienced there. I was one of few women there, electing to quit on the spot, since it was either put up with my stalking, harrassing, thieving account manager, Jay or get out! One day, I came into work and mine and another employee's belongings were missing, as Jay lied to my face and told me that he sent memos out to me and fellow co-workers, explaining that we remove our items from guardhouse, due to reorganizing. Upon proper questioning of my co-workers, NONE of them had any memos or word sent to them by Jay, proving what a creepy, backstabbing liar he is! I later found out that our belongings were thrown into trash can, as another co-worker told me all about it, as to this day, I don't know how much was in trash can, but I also never saw my belongings ever again; yet, Jay admitted he had done this.

I also found out later that client company's head security guy, Chad had no idea that Jay had taken some of their company property home with him for his own personal use, while Allied-Barton's head regional manager, Eddie told me otherwise, saying Chad knew about it. It was supposed to be that guardhouse was to be cleared out for new wiring and equipment, but nothing in regards to Jay taking our belongings without permission or helping himself to other items that were originally in the guardhouse, so to transport them home with him.

I then reported issue to Eddie, as he got very sarcastic and smart, quickly defending Jay, like the old, nasty buddies they are. He wanted nothing to do with my side of the story and even told me, "It's O.K. for account managers to take yours or other employees' personal belongings, as long as it's not the company's". He then went on to further defend Jay, as Jay continued to stalk me for a few more months afterwards, even timing my restroom breaks. Eddie then told me that "Yes, I told Jay he can come up to work site to watch you and others, even in his own, personal vechicle."

Since I got no satisfaction from regional office, I then reported my dilemma to corporate Allied-Barton Security office, as they also defended Eddie's and Jay's actions, wanting to write me up for reporting it, saying I got "out of line with Eddie", all because I said my piece of mind, which I am against theft of any kind and don't wish to be harrassed and stalked, while Eddie practically laughed in my face about it, as many others told me what a real a**hole he is. From that point on, both corporate headquarters' H.R. manager, Jane and regional manager, Eddie made it a retaliation effort against me, letting me know that I can never transfer anywhere else, since that particular account never has enough people on it, so I had to either bear and grin such inhumane treatment or find another job. Jay also let me know that I couldn't take my vacation any time, since he never has enough people to fill that account, making me more like a slave to him and the company.

It gets even uglier, as Jay has nasty habit of not even asking his employees if they want to work their days off or not, so he just sticks their names on the schedules without their permission and then even changes the days at last minute, as you either came into work that night or got wrote up. One night, I didn't know I was scheduled to work, so I got call at home from one of security officers, saying I was scheduled that night. I arrived one hour later, after quickly dressing and cleaning up. That same night, I was wrote up for being an hour late, as no one else was when they were late under same circumstances to my knowledge. This was about a couple of months later, after Jay snuck up on the premises after me, saying "he was bored at home, so he thought since he was out driving around at night, he'd just stop in and see how I was doing." He then explained to me how his home life wasn't so great.

This went on for some time, me seeing Jay's vechicle parked close to the premises and turning around lot, while I sat in guardhouse. On my off-site patrols, he would park across the street from that building, watching me, as by then, I knew something was wrong. He always hides stuff from client company's head security guy, as I am sure he most likely didn't tell Chad about taking home items from guardhouse, since he's "King of Lies".

Finally, on this torture went, until one morning, Jay came into guardhouse wanting to write me up for reporting him and yelling at Eddie when Eddie told me "It's O.K. for account managers to take their employees' belongings without permission, etc." How could a normal person NOT expect me to be upset over this, or anyone else not enjoying theft of their possessions? That was when Jay told me that he's been timing my restroom breaks and that "I should have appreciated him more", so then I said magic words of, "I quit!" and walked out of there on the spot, as normally, I would give an employer at least a week's notice in such a case. It was either put up with the harrassment or leave, so even without another job lined up at the moment, I walked out, never to return. After I walked out, he just stood there with his mouth hanging open like a rigid statue, giving me the most meanest look, so if looks could kill, I would have been dead by then! He evilly glared at me non-stop, even as I drove away.

I don't know what it is about that particular account, which draws the most deranged, sicko security men I ever did see, as when I first started there, a very perverted guard, Floyd was threatening and verbally abusing me, wanting to seek vengeance on me for not being "his mistress", while he lived with his woman several years by this time, even bringing a gun to work, letting me know what he could do with it, as luckily, Barton didn't yet buy out Allied, so company searched his vechicle and found nothing, since one of our own told him about me reporting gun to office. It wasn't long later, Floyd tried beating up another security co-worker over a scientific issue discussion, as he has been long gone from that place, living like a bum, while constantly downgrading his "drab woman at home" as he calls her, like a dog to everyone, saying she doesn't mind him calling her names and putting her down, because she can't get no one else. He also downgraded everyone else in such hateful manners, including co-workers.

Then the more Jay keeps accusing to fire everyone on the site I was at, the more lower the morale gets, as he passes the buck of accusations onto his own employees, so to not have to face up to client company's security manager. This only resulted in more backstabbing among employees, fostering more hostile working conditions. One sick and perverted supervisor, Floyd was scary enough to put up with, as now to this day, I still have nightmares about him. With Jay being account manager, over the supervisor rank, he could do NO wrong in the company's eyes, showing what real thugs Allied-Barton has made their organization into. There are many other sicko security officer tales from that same job site, while these are wicked stories all in themselves, as these basket cases were luckily gone, before I ever started working there, only to be replaced with more crazies later on.

I have found another job very shortly after quitting, but should never have had to quit, because of Allied-Barton not caring about me reporting harrassment and theft from my own account manager, which includes both the regional and corporate office caring darn less of how unethical their employees are treated, such as I was. Women are not welcome on that job site, as Jay makes sure he either gets HIS way with women as a dictator, or makes their jobs extra miserable! There's no excuse to have any manager or co-worker treat me and other women working there in such a demeaning manner, regardless of what company we work for. According to some of other security still working there, Jay continues lying and slandering my name, as I been gone long enough for myself to not still be "star" of such defamation by him and the others he convinces. I say "Get a LIFE!", as sorrid people like that are not only diabolical, but such scums that they have nothing else to look forward to in their own lives, since they have very low self-esteems about their own selves.

Allied-Barton lies big-time in their employee handbook, lying to their own employees, only to steal back their vacations, etc., if employees get a paid vacation at all, as me and many others got gypped out of ours in 2005. Once Barton took over, from 2006 on up, once you take your paid vacation, let's say in March and then quit in July, you have to pay back that week or more you took, since they only honor Jan. 1-Dec.31 of each year, as your anniversary of working there means nothing to them. You're always considered on "borrowing time" in getting your vacations, so when you quit, they automatically take that week back on your paycheck. That's real Indian-giving for you!

My advice to everyone out there is this: Run like heck from Allied-Barton Security and never look back, since it's a real Soddom-n-Gomorrah, making one wonder if they will turn into a "Pillar of Salt" if they look back in any way! Run, people and get out of there while you still can, since only weirdos, thieves, and perverts should only apply! The more dishonest and mentally ill you are, the more Allied-Barton welcomes you with open arms! If you have any decent self-esteem left and are normal, heed to this warning and don't let Allied-Barton and its crooked, uncaring management suck you down into THEIR sewer of work practices, as indeed, Allied-Barton STINKS big time! If client companies knew the creeps crawling from under the rocks working their posts, they would faint from fright, especially when hiring Allied-Barton Security. One is better off and safer being around "The Munsters" and "Addams Family" than such insane losers like the slime security Allied-Barton churns out from the bowels of Hell, making their posts real dirty, putrid cesspoles!
