Allpower 168 Sold me a bad battery for my Sharp, camcorder.

In Dec. of 2017 I purchased a battery for my Sharp, viewcam camcorder on Ebay. When I received the battery the instructions said to make sure it's fully charged before using it. I charged the battery for 6 hours as instructed in the manual. The next day I tried in the camera, and I only got 15 minutes of recording time. Again I charged the battery and the same thing happen 15 minutes and it went dead. I sent an email to Allpower 168 on Ebay, and told them the problem I was having. They told it's not necessary to return the bad battery, and that a new one will be shipped, and I should receive the new one in about 7 days. Two weeks went by a no battery.

I sent them an email telling them I never received the new battery. They said it was sent from Hong Kong the day I first emailed them. Now comes the excuses, they said maybe a neighbor got it by mistake, I think you should go to your Post Office and see if it's there. These excuses went on for over 4 months, they always came up with a different stories. When I had enough of these people, I called Paypal, and told them what was going on and to see if they can get my money back and refund it to my account. Now comes the kicker, Paypal, can only get your money back, if it's under180 days. Evidently I was over the dead line to file a grievance. But if your looking for a battery please do not deal with these people from China, on Ebay. They knew exactly what they were doing,stalling me until I can't file a grievance. I learned the hard way, file before the time limit is over with Paypal.
