WOW! I'm amazed how a company like this is still in business.

In Novemeber of 2007 I decided to subscribe to Dish Network. So I went online and googled Dish which led me to Allsat.com. That at the time was unaware that it was not Dish directly. Anyway, part of my discussion with the rep included a free promotional gift which basically sealed the deal. After my installation I contacted Allsat to confirm what was needed to redeem my free gift offer. Basically I was informed that once I received my first biil to send a copy of the bill front and back, fill out the free gift offer form from www.dishgift.com and check off which free gift I wanted and to mail it to them. Mind you on the gift offer form it does not state to copy front and back it just says a copy of your bill. Upon receiving my first bill I did as I was instructed. And on December 12th I sent the required paperwork. I even sent the paperwork via UPS just so it wouldn't get lost in the mail. which was recived on Dec 18th. I almost forgot about it.

A friend of mine just happen to receive his free dvd's for purchasing an Hd Dvd player which reminded me. I proceeded to contact Allsat and was refered to mygiftstatus.com where I found out that I was denied. My status came up denied for failure to submit first bill. On the page it displays if you feel that this and error email gift@allsat.com where stated my concern and geve them a tracking number. I received a reply "We did not receive a copy of your Dish Network bill as required on the gift offer form. The only item that we received was the gift offer form. Since we were unable to verify programming on your account, your gift offer request was denied." My reply to them "That is B. S. I put a copy in the envelope. I still have Dish service now. How could you deny me? This is a scam and I will make sure to post a page on line informing people of the kind of business Allsat runs. Thanks for nothing" .

I work for a wholesale ditributor in cellular and we have sub dealers that do activations through my company it takes 60 - 90 days for a dealer to get paid commission in the event that a dealer cancels. I'm sure that Allsat is fully aware if a customer is still active and they just have no intentions on making good of their free offers. And why would they how can I or we prove that they are lying. It's our word against them. I guess this is a start. i wish i would have researched them before I gave them my business. I hope this will help other customers make the same mistakes. I hope that dish no longer uses a company that in the practiec of deception to gain customers. Shame on you Allsast. You get the gas face.
