Allvetmed Ignored order for 12 days, customer service misrepesented shipping, did not respond to e-mails Internet

I placed an order for two items from Allvetmed on 06/03/2013, paid w/ paypal, and for expedited shipping.   That order by today, 06/16/2013 has still not shipped.  

On 6/9/13 I e-mailed them to ask about the status, without response until 06/11/13.  I called on 6/10/11 to ask, and was told that they had obtained the Vet rx on the friday before, but, oh, no one looked at it.  I was told that the item would be placed in line for shipping.

On 6/11/13, i received an e-mail saying "we are waiting for your vet approval" which was clearly not the truth!!!

 I then called again  3 days later and was told one of the items was on back -order, but would be shipped the next day, that was a week ago.   I just looked,  it still hasn't shipped.

This was my first time using this store, and I advise anyone, go somewhere else for your vet supplies. Unbelievable!
