Ally Bank opened savings account and locked me out 4 hours later. they take your money and lock you out. Internet

Search "Ally Bank locked me out" and you will see Ally Bank has been doing this since 2011.

I completed opening a savings account online.

I logged back in, added a benificary and logged out.

I logged back in again and added an external bank account for a transfer of funds.

Four hours later I got a voice message from Ally Bank asking me to call and a cryptic email "Your telephone banking PIN has been changed" both sent at the same time.

When I tried to login I got -

I called Ally Bank and the same thing that others have reported happened.

The Ally Bank CSR cannot and will not help you and can only tell you to call Ally Bank's Fraud Department which uses a phone number not found on Ally Bank's website.

They take your money and lock you out.
