Alore advertising implied the 14 day trial was 14 days worth of product.  Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

The product, Alore skin lotion, used unclear directions in advertising how much product would be sent.  The product was advertised as a 14 day free sample, implying 14 days of free product, consumer would pay only shipping and handling.

When I signed up for the free sample, I thought I would receive 14 days worth of product and would not be sent a full sized container unless I wrote back that I wanted a full sized container. Sheesh, that was dumb.

So since I was not expecting another package, I didn't see the next package arrive in the mail. I did see two charges on my bank statement for $94.28.  I called Alore and told them that I didn't have the second bottle and didn't want a second bottle and why was I charged for the free sample?  They told me I had received a total of 3 bottles and had been charged $94.28 for each of them.  After looking, I found all three bank charges plus charges for the first shipping and handling of $2.97 plus $.75 currency exchange.  

I said I would send back any additional bottles that I found in their mailers and I wanted my money back.  Alore claims that the product is mailed from a sterile lab and therefore no product can be returned. I was shocked and disbelieving but was told that there was no one else with whom to pursue the issue, it is company policy.  I cancelled any future orders at that time.

I sleuthed about with my son and found the two more mailers with product, just as they said had been delivered.  Now I have spent $286.56 for three bottles of a product that I don't want and will take me five years to use up. Crummy story.  Lets get our money back.  Thank you for any help.
