I ordered a free trial of this product. I decided I didn't want it and tried to cancel. They put you on hold and then never answer I waited almost an hour. When you try to cancel on their website you can't get to it without a ID and password which you never were asked for. There is no company name only the name of the product. Can someone please tell me how to cancel it.
