Yes i deleted my debt information off of there website and without any consent they still tried to charge me $99 for something i did not sign up for. So yes they used a bank account without permission so yes that is ILLEGAL and considerd hacked.

Wow, if elderly means you go stupid, I'm in trouble.  I don't plan to use it as an excuse for missing the PLAINLY spelled out terms.  It's simple, they aren't out to rip you off, YOU were stupid enough to do it to yourself and then blame them...grow up. I'm 73 and don't whine about MY mistakes.  I have never had a problem of ANY kind with Amazon.  You made your OWN problem(s).

 They ONLY do what you agreed to. This tells everyone who reads YOUR post that you did not read the information presented to you and that you did no further research then what you needed in order to click that mouse. Odds are that you filed in one of those boxes WITHOUT reading and NOW it costs you. Stop trying to play the victim, it doesnt work. Stop blaming other for YOUR actions, and thats what youre doing. Amazon isnt going to "just" rip people off. They make more money then you will ever know WITHOUT having to resort to ANY shady tactics. No in THIS CASE, you have done this to you. YOU suffer from what EVERY consumer who shops online does. Its called "clickitis". You just click away never fully understanding WHAT you have agreed to. And when the repercusions of that clicking lands on you, you "conveniently" forget that you agreed to this. YOU then attempt to play the victim and blame THEM for YOUR choices.

MAYBE READ WHAT YOU ARE CLICKING AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! PROTECT YOURSELF FROM YOURSELF!!!! Its a BASIC SKILL SO USE IT!!! You know so you dont have to worry about these issues, just STOP SHOPPING ONLINE!!!! Im thinking no amount of logic or proof would sway you since YOU are firmly convinced that THEY did this and that you are SO PERFECT that YOU COULD NEVER MAKE A MISTAKE!! No its much EASIER to blame THEM then to act like a stand up adult. Im betting your parents are so PROUD of what they raised.......
