Americaint Americaint-advertising company, did not do a one mil e-mail out, would not send proof of anything Fort Lauderdale, Florida

I hired them to do a one milllion e-mail mail out for a book I wrote and they said they did. I ask them to have one of my e-mail address' in the mail out. I received nothing, and I sent 3 more address to them due to the fact they said my yahoo address would not work due to yahoo. I still have not received any proof that they sent anything out. Only one excuss after another. They were paid $199 on my card. The book I wrote is "Funny Water and Bob" at all book stores thru the internet and at iUniverse . com the publisher. They said iUniverse received 1300 clicks and iUniverse has no record of this. I've been told Keith is one of the owners but he will not respond to me, he passes the buck on to a Tim and Tim has told me "Tough", don't contact me again. I designed the ad and sent it to them.
