American Acceptance has taken on a new low.They bought old, past due records of the notorious Provision, and are now attacking everyone with ," forfeiture of property and garnished wages" court dates. As some of you may already know, Provision was sued for a type of malicious business practice and was forced to repay every client they targeted.

     Long afterwards, we thought the scam artist was done, they acted to a new low; they sold their decades old accounts to one of the "thirstiest" collection agencies spawned; American Acceptance.

     Do not hesitate to get a lawyer or you will have to face the same fate I did. I was forced into getting my wages garnisednover a dispute with Provision. American Acceptance was soooo hungry for work, no one in the court room had a grievance under 10 years. My assault from provision was 13 years ago, well past the statue of limitations of 10 years for this state. Please study you state for official rules of limitations, all states vary.

Please regard this as a warning against this company, who, apparently, can't find an honest dispute.They have been known to illegally obtain and extract information for financial gain and unscrupulous acts of ,"piracy".
