After becoming unable to make my monthly credit card payments due to my hours at work being cut. I enrolled with American Debt Control to help me repay my debts. I have been paying them $300 a month for almost a year. Yesterday I received a certified letter that I'm being sued for non payment by one of my creditors.

I can't afford and lawyer and I don't have the money they are asking for. I don't know what to do, I thought I was doing a good thing and trying to help myself by enrolling with American Debt Control, I've done everything the told me to do. Can someone please help me?
