 This issue raises an extraordinary interest that compels me to direct to the Rip-Off Report attention immediately. The absence of a response American Furniture Warehouse (AFW) has only articulated suggests a holding principle not to remedy the issue. Their customer service only rubber-stamps the issue and deeply supports the principle of the company. As with any public servant quality services from professional employees are expected and vital. There is no valued and deeply cherished right than to be employed and provide that level of service. However, in some instances an employee(s) can abuse their position of employment or authority.

This can subject a company to significant credibility and financial lost. I do not take the value of money for granted and my choice of shopping lightly. There is an acknowledged constitutional right to be recognized and make an argument. The right to be recognized is part of the fundamental principles of the constitution. On the other hand there is a general right that will clearly show a customer or individual’s complaint after making a $3,245.00 purchase. The mere recognition of a written complaint does not mean that the statement governs interest. This issue is important not because of the complaint but because of the denial in listening to the complaint.

I realize that no organization is error-free however, it is expected that employees at a company especially AFW would render a level of professionalism that reflects the organization or business goal. The troubling aspect about is matter is that when I purchased the living and bedroom set they rolled out the red carpet. My nightmare begins when I discovered the living room table had scratches I the finish. A technician came out to the residents and looked at the table. He wanted to buff out the scratches at my residents. I chose not to accept the offer and it was picked up at a later date. Here is where the matter is gets better than Judge Judy.

I notice closely that the table still had some defects in it when the crew brought it back. I pointed out the defects to the delivery crew and acted and pretended that the scratches were not there. One of the crew members pulled his sweaty shirt up and whipped the table. One of the crew members acted as he could not see a dent in the table. I signed the electronic pad to acknowledge the issue. I was informed that someone from would be in contact with me to arrangement the pick-up. I was told by the delivery crew someone would call me back to confirm a pick-up date. Since no one called me to arrange a date I emailed customer service.

The customer service department acknowledged the receipt of the email. Days later I discovered that the table was dusty and had not been cleaned on the sides. The actions speak on its own merits. AFW are swift to get your money but slow to correct any deflects or customer service issues. They can advertise and they cannot delivery.
