American InterContinental University We do not have books that are in large prints. Who advised that you'll be receiving the large print book Ripoff Schaumburg Illinois

I recently enrolled with American Intercontinental University Online., and was assured by national admissions advisor their It would be no problem receive the course textbooks in large print. I have a visual impairment and receive services from the department for the blind. Is was very important for me to make sure where ever I made it clear to them that I had a great deal of problems in the passed getting the materials I needed from other places I had a total of three AIU representatives, contact me. The first two I made all demands clear in emails and numerous phone conversations that I could not work with any less than large print materials. And they were unable to help me

The third person assured me that getting large print textbooks would not problem and stated she worked with other disabled people in the passed and was able to get them anything they needed including large print textbooks for all the courses. And so on.

I grew concerned that the large print text books were not going to arrive in time for class. And emailed there bookstore for AIU and received this response quoted ("We do not have books that are in large prints. Who advised that you'll be receiving the large print book?") I was seriously misled by this person from the start. They never had anything available what so to meet any of my needs. And I know this will happen to others. I need so advise on what actions to take next?
