American Publications didn't send my refund of $34.00 maryland heights, Missouri

American Publications has now changed it's name to Advantage Publications to hide from all their bad feedback on the internet. It's still run by Dean Murray Spasser through a UPS postal box on Dorsett Road in Maryland Heights, MO. The company is just one con man--Dean Spasser. If you ever get a call back from "them", it's him because there is no one else.

Dean Spasser also changed the website address from ameripubs.com to howtowork-fromhome.com . It's the same company if you are still trying to get  a refund.

Please, please notify the US  Postal Inspector that you did not ever get a refund. I have been ripped off too. They need customers with complaints of not getting refunds in order to prosecute the people, like Dean Spasser, who run these work-from-home, envelope stuffing scams.

They especially need people from Washington State to contact the government because Dean Spasser has a Cease and Desist order from Washington State.  The state government needs to hear from Washington state residents who have received Dean Spasser's booklet in order to prove that Advantage Publications, aka Dean Spasser, is violating the cease and desist order.  

Dean Spasser has an F rating with the BBB.  On the BBB website, they have an article on Advantage Publications's scam and how Dean Spasser operates the scam.  Complaining to the BBB doesn't really have any teeth though. The presence of the BBB insulates Advantage Publications from ripped off customers who might have instead reported Spasser to the US postal inspector. 

The Postal Inspector can actually penalize these work-from-home scammers.
