American Residential Warranty American protection plan fake insurance company , rude , nasty , uneducated, sham , liars ! Boca Raton Florida,

  We bought a home warranty program from American residential warranty to cover our plumbing and electrical. We have all of our new appliances on the extended five year warranty and did not need them for that purpose. We've had them for almost a year . We pay $156 quarterly . We called to make a complaint about our Faucet they said that our appliances were not covered we needed to upgrade so we upgraded in order for the call to be covered . We paid the upgraded fee of $56,00 . In order to have them make a house call we had to pay an additional $55.00 deductible upfront . Two hours later someone called us and said our Faucet was not covered . not under warranty. All they did was get money out of us and then tell us we didn't qualify sounds very fishy to me . We called back to try and get our deductible back it was the most grueling experience I've ever had and I mean Ever.! They had me in tears it was so frustrating. Spent the rest of the day on the phone trying to get our money back . American Residential Warranty Had me on hold for 20 minutes to hour each time I called . They just switched me over to a different departments at least 10 times ,the call kept hanging up time after time . I was very persistent , i kept calling back , I stayed on the phone until 3:30 in the afternoon. I was bound and determined to get my money back . This company sounds more and more like a sham and fraudulent company . I really feel that I got taken by them . They hide under this shroud of legitimacy when in fact their actions scream "sham , Crooks .liars , thieves ." Not one person knew anything About there job or what department they needed to transfer me . Then they actually insisted that a plumber came out ! Yeah that's there excuse ! No one came out they are lying . American Residential Warranty will do anything avoid giving you your money back !! When I spoke to Carolyn in customer service she insisted a plumber came out, I asked "well then where is the signed receipt? " She replied "we don't get signed receipts . " She had a scripted answer for everything. I got absolutely nowhere with them I finally just canceled my policy. Carolyn said she would see if we had a refund coming. So I called the bank . Finally ! our bank called American Residential Warranty company and got the runaround as well !!! So ......our bank was very willingly to remove the charges from our credit card . American Residential Warranty does not perform their part of the contract . They just get your money and lay their way out of everything. I do believe that they are a fraudulent company I would not recommend them at all . They are very difficult to deal with the woman who was supposed to handle the problem her name is Carolyn she spoke loudly over me so that I could not speak or get a word in edgewise she finally wore me down and I cursed at her so she would shut up ! This is the kind of people they have a handle customer service Very bad service the company sucks big time !!!!!
