American Traffic Solutions ATS www.violationinfo.com falsly accuse red light violation Brandon Florida

On 1/13/18 my wife made a left turn on left turn green light. it must have turned yellow but video is so poor no yellow shows. It show sturning red when she was halfway through the turn and in the middle of the intersection. Florida law no stopping on a crosswalk or intersection-keep going if safe to do so. The vehile is registered to me, so I am charged with the offense.

After reading some past court records I discovered that the video is inadmissable as evidence that I was the driver, that there was no police officer present who can argue in court that the driver ran a red light, and that assigning legal authority to charge, or give notice to anyone, by anyone other than  Law Enforcement, is in violagtion of Florida Law. The notice reads : The Traffic infraction enforcement "officer" OR law Enforcement officer "named above" has reviewed the recorded image(s)- they only get 2 cherry picked to eliminate yellow light -evidencing the red light signal violation, has identified the tag# and found "reasonable" and "probable" grounds that an offense has been committed. There was/is no " above named officer". So maybe officer A, or maybe officer B, reviewed, maybe not. If either did, neither is "listed above", so probably not. and found "reasonable"( assumption) and "probable" (maybe, but not conclusive ) grounds that an offense has been committed.

So there is no Officer at the scene to give testimony in my defense. There is no officer that found the video conclusive. The video released was manipulated by  reducing the resolution, making it nearly impossible to make out the traffic light. Expensive Security cameras (ATS charged top dollar for their cameras) have much higher resolution than what American Traffic Solutions released to me. If I fight the scam, ATS might submit the entire unedited time frame in high resolution to the court- sandbag me. In 10/2015, ATS is charged in Federal Court for the illegal delegation of law Enforcement. attorneys are Cohen,Milstein,Sellers & Toll

If I challange the video I have and ATS produces an unedited version, I can demonstrate willful manipulation of the video. Who knows if they photoshopped the light colors? That might explain why there appears to be no yellow light. At minimum the video makes clear the light turned red AFTER she had crossed the stop line & sidewalk. It is my understanding (relative was a cop In Ft Myers) that if the light turns red before you cross the stop line, it IS a violation. If the light turns red AFTER your front tires cross the stop line you are good to keep going- do not stop in an intersection.

ATS is counting on the average motorist to be unaware of this truth, to accept the video is genuine & unaltered. Then they threaten the video has been confirmed by law enforcement when it has not been. (later they say they will send it to law enforcement if you do not pay ATS on line at www.Violationinfo.com). Then they threaten it will cost an additional $500 to contest and lose.

Last- they say DO NOT pay the court of jurisdiction. They have pocketed, after split with jurisdiction, over 68million$ since install around 2006. The State gets a larger share so there is no incentive for it to end this scam.
