American Trust ripoff, Hoax, Toronto Ontario

I was looking for a loan to start up a business and this company's add was in our american trader they claim "no credit check" yet after getting "approved" with them they say "your credit isnt high enough we need insurance on the loan" not only is it illegal in the united states to ask for money upfront for a loan, its more often then not included in your loan.

I've tryied calling them and every time they keep changing their story at first it was 7-10 business days for a refund, then 30 days not its anywhere from 30-60 days which even in a high corporate enviroment isnt acceptable, my best suggest from anyone is to stay away from this company they take your money and run the man they tell you to send the money to is a Mattew Stanfield who supposibly works for this agency there getting their insurance through.
