America's Servicing Company They Are A Total Disgrace total disgrace, they should be put out of business. They messed with my account so badly ripoff Baltimore Maryland

My loan was purchased by ASC in October of 2005. Everything was ok until April of this year when we received our statement for May. With an increase of $300.00 added to our payment. Immediately we looked into it and found that there was an escrow shortage. We received nothing prior to this indicating there was a problem with the escrow account.

Every time we called, we got a different person on the phone and a different answer everytime. These people don't know what they are doing. They are not following the RESPA guidelines regarding escrow accounts.

To date, I still don't have an answer regarding what my actual payment should be and was told that I would be assessed a late fee if not received by May 15th. I requested that the fee be waived due to the investigation BY THEM into the escrow problem, they agreed, but when I called back to confirm it, they again told me no, there would be a late fee. This company is a fraud. They need to be put out of business.

On April 12th of this year they called to say they had not received out payments for April. They were both mailed on the same day at the end of March. They received one; not the other. We gave them a payment over the phone for the other. Two days later, they got the second check and tried to process it. We told them when we gave them the phone payment that we were going to stop payment on the other check so if they did get it to not process it. They were already paid and they tried to process it anyway.

Their customer service people are rude. They are impossible to deal with. They don't know what they are doing. I need help. Any class action suits I can join?
