America's Servicing Company A branch of Wells Fargo Mortgage refuses my loan pay off information for 4 business days Los Angeles, California

Today my home loan/refinace is really to close and process.  This is great news as this loan has taken 6 months to get processed and complete.  It took only minutes to get my loan pay off information from my primary home loan.  This smaller loan through ASC is a second mortgage with a very high interest rate of 10.5%    They refuse to give the loan pay of amount.  They are claming they will take up to 4 business days to give the pay off amount.  No doubt they are wishing to collect a full months interest from me before  they are willing to give such information.  Never would I recommend this company to anyone.   ASC is a division of Wells Fargo.

When a person has had a loan for over 8 years and has never once been late and has paid such a ridiclous amount in interest.  The very least that they could do is provide the loan payoff amount in a timely manner.
