America's Servicing Company, Wells Fargo Bank UNCOOPERATIVE CREDIT DISPUTE - AFTER HURRICANE WILMA AND AMERICAS SERVICING COMPANY WILL NOT REMOVE INCORRECT INFORMATION FROM MY CREDIT Des Moines Iowa

After Hurricane Wilma hit Miami in Oct 2005, I made a deferred payment arrangement with my then current mortgage company (Option One Mortgage). They agreed to give me until the end of Feb 2006 to pay all payments due at the time. Unfortunately nothing was put in writing. On Dec 1 2005 the servicing of my loan was transferred to Americas Servicing Company (ASC). I received a letter stating I was 2 mos past due (Nov & Dec 05). I called and explained the arrangement and told them it would be paid in full on or before end of Feb 06 as agreed w/Option One. They agreed. On 2/15/06, I paid the account in full thru 02/06. My credit has been ruined by them by reporting a 90 day late payment in Feb 06 and March 06. They are also reporting that they have had my acct open since 07/05 when in fact they acquired the loan on 12/1/05. I have sent numerous letters of dispute to them and all 3 credit bureaus to no avail. Now I am trying to purchase a property and this is damaging my loan and have to come in w/more $$$ and a higher interest rate. These people have no integrity their customer service reps and team leaders and managers are of no help. I don't know what to do anymore. If someone decides to sue these SOB's please contact me so that I can be a part of it. They are the most uncooperative, unfair, lying and cheating people I have ever come across. They have reporting misleading and incorrect information and are refusing to correct it or at least investigate the matter to see that it is all a big mistake.
