Mr. Wxxxxxxxxxxx:

Since you have submitted a claim with the Better Business Bureau, I am assuming any communication going forward will be considered a response to, and taken within the context of, such complaint.



Having said that, I will make the following points to you:



A) While we strive to provide a beneficial loan to every applicant, given extremely narrow underwriting guidelines provided to us by the secondary market, as well as challenging market conditions, this is simply not possible. That being the case, we cannot legally nor ethically prevent anyone from applying for a loan.

B) We provide 24/7 telephone support to ask individual questions such as the one that came up in this instance your mixed use issue.



Given the fact that you chose (of your own free will) to complete a loan application, including paying $35.00 for a credit report, without seeking further advise or counsel from our available staff (again they're available 24/7), there will be no refund forthcoming.



In closing, if we gave $35.00 away for every loan application that didn't work out, we would have to significantly increase our rates to absorb that additional operating cost, resulting in higher rates for our clients who do qualify for financing. I would strongly recommend seeking further counsel and guidance prior to spending money in the future. This will forestall any further superfluous claims with the Better Business Bureau.

Refinance went very smooth in all steps, I worked with Adam Khuns and Jason Killgo, they are very courteous and helpful. Initially I was afraid of documents sending to some unknown people, I never met with them except talking on phone, but later they gave me confidence and helped me to complete entire process in one month.

This was by far the easiest mortage we have ever applied for. From the online application through the closing, we were impressed with the effeciency of the entire process. Our loan was closed in less than half the time of traditional mortgage companies. In addition, when we were researching rates, Amerisave was always 1/2 point lower than local banks & mortage companies. And to think, I almost didn't "click" on the original advertisement, thinking that the rates were too good to be true.

Amerisave is the best finance company I have worked with over 4 morgange loans in my lifetime. After checking other finance companies for several weeks, Amerisave had the best rates. I was very hesitant to use them because they were online and I didn't know very much about Amerisave. I spoke with loan advisor, David Clark, several times prior to my decision, without any pressure. I finally decided to go with Amerisave. It was the easiest and quickest refinancing process that I have ever experienced in the last 43 years! Every time I left a voice mail message or sent an email, David Clark would get back to me right away. The customer service with Amerisave is the best! I applied for my loan on May 12, the appraisal was done on May 13, the loan closed on June 4, and I had the cash out in my mail on June 11. The service was absolutely unbelievable and I never had to leave my home. I must say, it is sad that it is over because I thoroughly enjoyed the contact I had with David...a truly exceptional employee!
I would highly recommend Amerisave to anyone. Thank you for all your help during this process.

I like how simple and uncomplicated the process is. Everything is so streamlined. I can get answers if not immediately.. same day. Getting a licence plate at the DMV is more complicated that this!

Absolutely everything. This was the easiest and most efficient transaction I have ever had. If I had one comment it would be the amount of paperwork we had to sign - a lot of duplicate papers but, to get this fantastic loan, this great interest rate, this quick and painless service, I would actually sign more paperwork. Thank you so much for this. I am absolutely recommending Amerisave to everyone I can think. The only problem right now is that I was able to lock in the great interest rate on May 19 and as you are well aware, not only are the interest rates creeping up but, the cost of getting the loan have gone up almost 4 times the amount I paid for the same loan.

People at Amerisave are very professional in handling my re-finance request. I was provided an explanation to all of my questions and given information about things I didn't even asked about. So far, my loan experience has been very good with no bad experiences what-so-ever. The only thing is that you're talking on the computer instead of the telephone. Amerisave had the best rates and lowest closing cost. The process went smooth.

The key to doing an online loan is knowing exactly what you what before you proceed and knowing you will be able to qualify. For us it was easy and we were fortunate to refinance at a time rates and fees were low.

From the very beginning, you put us in touch with an agent who really took the time to answer our questions, didn't make us feel "stupid" when we asked a question, and just realy took care of us throughout the entire process.
