Ancestry ripoff dishonest fraudulent Orem Utah

I signed up for a $7.95 a month account at www.ancestry.com. I could hardly ever log in, and then when I could, it was so slow, even with my DSL that I got bored with it.

So I call to cancel it, and then they tell me that they had charged my card $29.95 a month for the last 2 months. I explained to them that was not the account that I signed up for, that it said $7.95. They then told me that I could cancel it for a $50.00 fee. I am livid.

First of all the site doesn't work, and then they charge me more than 3 times what I signed up for. Now they drop this bombshell that I will have to pay an additional $50.00. Besides all of that, I never even found any useful information from their site. I went to the LDS site, and found tons of information, and went back to the B.C. era, and it was all FREE!
