April 27, 07 i placed an order for deflector for my honda, but after spoke with my husband we decided to cancel the order, so i called after a few days, the didnt ship the items yet, means that i was able to cancel the order.

The rep was nice at that time, he made the arrangements and aware me that i will see the refund on my account in 3 business days. I asked him a couple of times if the order was cancelled, and he aswered YES. He sound very happy to help me and also offered me a 10% off in my next purchase. It was good because i wanted to order an new front bumper for my honda.

May 8, 07 Surprise!!! i got the deflectors...what? but the order was cancelled. I cant believe. I call to the company and try to find out why i received and item that already was delete from their database. What? nobody cancel the order, what?...excuse me , i spoke with a rep and he took care of this matter, i trust him. what? hwta is the name of the rep? i dont know, i was on the phone for a few minute waiting to talk with some one til he picks the phone. What? that you cant do anything for me? what? if i return the item i have to pay a 35% because it was delivery? so i will get only $3? are you joking?....

Hello, im trying to explain you that i called last week, the order was sitting in the warehouse when i spoke with the sale rep. he cancelled the order for me...what? he isnt authorized to make cancelations? so why he didnt mentioned it at that point? why he made a fake transaction?

WHAT?....keep the item and sell it on ebay?...are you joking, right?...seriously, i waisted my time on the phone with that sale rep. for nothing, he was lol of me, making me believe that he will take care of it, he was playing aroung with a customer.

What? Andy's Auto Sport doesnt care about its customers? what? it doesnt mean that the Company has to process all the claims? what? if i placed an order isnt a go back?
Oh my gosh!!!

I tried in diferents ways to explain my situation to this sale rep but he was very aggressive and unable to understand a single reason.

do anyone knows the steps for filing complaints?
