Anthony & Sylvan Pools Same office, same ripoff bad concrete job, same lack of response. Doylestown Pennsylvania

I am also having problems getting shoddy concrete work fixed.

The rims of my skimmers have misshapen to the point the lids won't fit. There is no expansion joint between the deck and any stair location, or along my retaining wall. The concrete has cracked and heaved do to this lack of expansion space. I could go on, but...

My biggest gripe is that I complained about this over a year ago, and after repeated phone calls (to the head of the warranty department, who has seen pictures of the skimmers and agrees they are a problem and should be fixed) the problems still exist. In fact, every time I have had a concrete contractor out to see the job, they point out things done "not to industry standard" that I wasn't even aware of (I know...they're looking for business too...)

To be fair, they did replace the coping on the pool after all of that color was found to be defective. No complaint there.

But, they really don't seem to care after the fact.

I have steered every single prospective pool owner in our new neighborhood away from Anthony & Sylvan.
Costing them money in lost work is one thing I CAN do.

I have tired of the inaction, and am getting my ducks in a row to file suit against them for the concrete work.

Tell anyone thinking of buying a pool form Anthony and Sylvan pools to run, not walk, away from this company.
