When i signed on with aol i told them i had dsl. they said thats fine by me having dsl i would get 3 months free. i did get 3 months free but there was a 44 dollar surcharge added to my credit card. i was being charged by the minute to use my aol.

When i called they offered me 2 months free now i have change over to yahoo why bother and be ripped off. freee means free to me not hidden charges. i feel they ripped me off. they say they cant refund me surcharges. i never thought aol would treat me this way it a sorry way to stay in business.
