I am responding to this unfair complaint regarding Canadian surgcharges.
First off the Complainer has edited the original emails to make him look good.
It was a Sunday afternoon when this customer started asking about a product. I was answering emails from home on our Day off. The customer was inquiring if a product was correct. at the time of him attemting to place the order on line our site indicated that there may be a surcharge to ship to his area and he would be contacted the next business day prior to the order being packed or shipped.
We were not able to give him a cost via email on a sunday and he was told we could do it on monday.
The customer was not interested in waiting until the next business day for his answer and his comments became very agressive and argumentitive at which time i decidide we did not care to have him as a customer
Customer never ordered from our company nor where they misled in any way.
We contend this this is an innacuret complaint by the poster who was in a bad mood for what ever reason and decided to post in a way to make him self look wronged.
We normaly bend over backwords for our customers and often some time with free tech support for customers that did not buy from us. We are a customer service oreintaded comany and care what our customers think.
I'm sorry i responded the way i did but felt like this was a customer that was going to create problems no matter what i said and decided to severe tyes before there were any

I brought a expensive part & had it shipped next Day Air...
they seems very helpful & yes there were additional Charges for the next day service, but the price of the parts was half of what i could buy the pump for local.
Thus even with the additional $120 for the overnight freight, i saved more than the $329 of the pump.
They were very through in making sure the part i was buyin would fit on my machine... Like i said i saved over $400 bucks from what i could get the same part local even with the extra $120 tacked on there...
