Just like everyone else, my company has also been screwed over by Aqua Resource Group. We would be more than interested if anyone is starting up a class action lawsuit against them. As it appears Aqua has closed their doors, we are 1 year into our 3 year $26K lease agreement with them. Please help!

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Well It's About Time They Closed

AUTHOR: R - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, March 26, 2007

I worked for this company before they moved from 65 Enterprise to Irvine.

The owner, Mark Nichols often (almost always) used his brother, Ron Nichols a Mtg. Broker in Michigan, as a "happy" reference.

If your attorneys are looking for Nichols...you may want to start there.

I was trained to rip people off. I didn't know it at first, I thought it was a great company. Until I spoke with a lady that had to file a BK as result of getting involved with this Scambo.

I quit...thank god.

Not only did they scam people out of money, they treated their new sales recruits like garbage, insulting them into either ripping people off or quitting.

They recruited me away from a well paying job with promises to make double my income. That too was a horrible lie. (Shame on me)

I hope for all who have been harmed, you get justice but I highly doubt it...this guys is slippery.

I think he is also addicted to steroids. There is something really wrong with him.

And he is very scary. He has threatened ex-employees he discovered posting here.

Mark Nichols Snap Shot: Imagine a blond/balding wise guy, ex Michigan football player, on roids,in his late 50's driving one of his 4 luxury cars, living large in Monarch beach with a gal less than half his age....all while ripping off hundreds of mortgage brokers, convincing real estate agents to violate respa regulations, and ripping off consumers via fees for "free trips". Last I heard he was buying a yacht to promote. On the backs of so many good people.

How does he sleep at night? Got me.

Best wishes to all!
