I would agree with all of the other complaints against this company. We spent over $30,000 on an program to build realtor relationships and then a phone campaign to attract new clients. Aqua never delivered on either program. We were supposed to have our phone campaign begin on January 19th. I received a message from Morgan, our Aqua representative who said that there dialing system was down and that our "campaign" would begin on the 26th. The calls were to be between 5:30 and 7:30. When we hadn't received any calls at 7:00, I sent Morgan and his Assistant Breanna an email and picked up the phone to call and leave a voice mail. I tried all of there numbers over and over again and just received a busy signal.
My email bounced back as well. I tried to find there website, www.aquarg.com and it is no longer active. The sales manager, Saul, was the person who sold us on this phone campaign. I am assuming that they have shut there doors. If any one has a class action lawsuit started, please let me know. I thought that I had done my homework before I signed my company up with these ripoff artist. Do yourself a favor, If they open there doors again and call you, hang up the phone.

#5 UPDATE EX-employee responds
As pertaining to the Aqua Resource Group
AUTHOR: Derek - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Friday, March 16, 2007
Aqua Resource group started out legit and then took a nose dive. While I was employed under them they started to not respond to Mortgage brokers not buying anything from them. They didn't keep their promise of getting Realtors for the New Mortgage Brokers Signing up. In fact when they stated on the phone as scripted to the Mortgage Broker that,"We have 10 Realtors already in your area to sign up with you", they were completely lying they did not have any on board waiting for somone they only had their reps, myself as I worked on both sides, call the Realtors after the fact of somone Signing up. The Cruises they said were free they charged people recieving the cruise an additional 360.00 on top of the 99.00 per cruise they charged the Mortgage Broker.
Noone that called in spoke to a direct correspondant to Carribean Cruise Lines they spoke to an Aqua Agent who would, when they called in for the cruise, then book the cruise with the additional funds given, claiming they were port and doc fees and taxes.
This Company was truly a scam and I used to believe in them but after all I saw I lost my want to help. The Mortgage brokers that worked through me while getting them Realtors loved me. I worked my butt off and tried my best to get them what they were offered. I was successful in doing so, and in fact, after I was fired do to my manager fearing his job was in jeopardy, one of my clients hired me Jamella Pangan to be a Mortgage Broker and to properly train her crew on how to use Aqua Product which was not as promised taught to them, again a failure of Aqua.

Replacement Cruises

I was able to get some new cruise certificates from Promote with Travel at a real good price - thanks for the post. Aqua RG left me with a bunch of bad vouchers and I had to figure something out for my customers - they were real helpful. Anyone know of any companies who actually link realtors to mortgage companies?

Aqua RG and How To Avoid Others Like Them
AUTHOR: Joe - (U.S.A.)

It seems as though Aqua RG has followed in the footsteps of their long lost cousin, Mini Vacations. Be VERY careful, though, to lookout for "new" companies on the rise in the future offering similiar programs. Some companies are legit and have a proven track record, while others will tell you they have been around forever only to duck out when it comes time to fulfill their part.
For the travel piece, you may want to check out promotewithtravel.com - they know the business and can get you good certificates that work.
Again - be extremely cautious of new companies opening that are similar to Aqua - check the people behind the company and make sure they are not former Aqua people.

I have also paid in over $35K to Aqua with the promise of over 20 realtors in my area wanting to do business with my company. As well as setting up marketing campaigns, etc. which I was told if I ordered more they would help more. I am now having clients not being able to have their trips fulfilled as promised. This in my opinion is no more that theft and needs to be prosecuted as such.
Anyone planning a class action please contact me.

I was ripped off by Aqua also. Do you know if a class action lawsuit has been filed against this company.
I would be interested in joining if one is available.
