i can also relate to this disabled woman i also am disabled and was using a walker we were at syracuse,ny fair my husband and i were looking at these showers and the salesman james i think his name was came over to us and we started talking i was telling him i thought this shower looked great and looked like it would help with my back problems which i have had alot of surgerys and i am in pain all the time my husband also has a bad back and hip he said this shower would help our pain termendisouly so we bought into it and purchased it right there we had to pay for it in full i paid $3186.00 on sept 1st he said we would recieve the shower sept 7th he also told my husband the shower was real easy to put together my husband used to build houses so he explained this to him james said it should be easy for him and we should not have to pay somebody to put it together well they showed up like promised the next day my husband and son were going to try and get started so they wanted to make sure all the pieces were there upon opening the boxes my husband the mirror was broke so that wasnt much of a problem we figured it shouldnt cost that much to get it fixed then they started to put the shower together upon putting the shower doors in they were way to small and didnt fit at all there was a way to big of a gap my husband thought he put it together wrong he spent at least 7hrs trying to make sure he wasnt wrong well they were to small lucky he  didnt start and tear down our old shower or we would have no way to take a shower to this day he immediately called the 3 # that were on our reciept and got no answer u could leave a message at the warehouse # put it was weird you couldnt leave a message on the two cell phone # it said dont leave a message call the warehouse # so we left a message he never called back so my husband kept calling just by chance he finally got ahold of someone on the cellphone he explained the problem and the guy said he was on the road and would call my husband back as soon as he got back to the warehouse around 8 and he would make sure the problem was fixed well to this day which is oct 13th we havent heard a word back we have called all 3 #and left message after messages i am really upset we have spent all this money which as i explained am on sdd so we really used all our savings to buy this shower and thought it would help relieve the pain i am at my witts end so my husband went on the website and saw the page seeing all these complaints i dont know what to do i really cannot afford to get a attorney but it seems like i am going to have to i hate how alot of other people and i were taken advantage of this company shouldnt beable to sell these showers oh i forgot it also came with a warranty which you have to fax back to them within 30 days after you recieve the shower so i did that to but how are they going to hold up their bargain with a warranty if they dont return your call i have never been taken advantage of this is such a shame and they wonder why people dont trust anyone from now on i am not paying anything in full and checking their website first its a shame it had to come to this i hope something can be done thank you for this page i hope i help someone else so they dont make the same mistake
