Receiving threatening calls from Robert Rangel. He refuses to allow me to speak to a supervisor and continually talks over me when I am trying to reason with him. I'd like to make arrangements to pay but am not allowed to do so. When I call to Transouth asking for a supervisor I am sent to him and the whole deception begins again. Is there anyone I can speak with at Transouth who is not an a**hole?
