There are several customer postings on this site. I was once employed here . I quit on my own accord so what I say you can take as gospel.. Both concerns listed on rip off report..are totally 100% the truth.. FIrst they lie to every customer. they charge above list prices .. and they also over ride a standard labor guide MIchell by a minimum of 20% ..They charge for work that was not done ie eelectriacl shorts.. They use the cheapest parts avaliable with no concern of quality. They cahrge illegal percetages added into ypour bill listed as shop fees .. They advertise that they employ ASE certified techs.. What a load of crap.. AS far as the Owner Bretts criminal rap sheet ALL TRUE .. Not to mention he bounces checks all over town including his emplyees pay checks.. Do you really want a tech working on your car whos main concern all week is if his pay check is going to clear???? MORE TO FOLLOW
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE IMPROPER AND UNNEEDED REPAIRS AND BEING OVERCHARGED

To the individual who stated that he worked for our company and made all these allegations, because hes angry he didnt work out. I lived out of the state my whole life and recently moved to florida. I have been with Arctic Freeze 6 months.I can tell you I am the shop foreman, I have been in this business for almost eight years and have eight ASE certifications, and an andvanced level L1 certification.Also multiple AcDelco training certificates.None of my recommendations or diagnoses are fraudulent or unethical, nor are any of my technicians under me.So to say we dont employ ASE techs is a lie.I invite you to come down and view them personally.I also send two of my other techs too school 3 times a week to furthur themselves.No one is marking things up out of margin, or ripping anyone off. Also Brett has always paid me..im never worried about my check..apparently you were or are because your unemployed..im sorry for your misfortunes, and your false allegations you felt you had to make in order to make yourself feel better..I want these people to know quality work is being done here and I always stand behind everything I do.
