Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
My Valentine Day order was for "Peach Sorbet Rose and Tulip Bouquet" at a cost of $70. It was supposed to include about 24-30 flowers.
Instead, the recipient received ten limp red tulips.
When I called and emailed to complain, the phone was always busy, and no one responded to my emails.
A fly-by-night rip-off artist at work, I presume.
