Artist Arena Tickets were Invalid New York, New York

I bought VIP meet and greet tickets to see Selena Gomez. I received tickets to the show in the mail and was told my Meet and Greet passes would be at Will-Call in my name. Traveled 5 states over to the venue and another guy in my group flew back from Winnipeg early, paying 1800 for a flight. Upon arriving I was told there were no Meet and Greets in my name. My tickets were also invalid and did not work. I called Artist Arena and they said they had canceled my order and had forgot to contact me. As far as my expenses and damages, they said good luck. 

Needless to say I have begun a lawsuit against this joke of a company and hopefully they will be shut down. Have heard nothing but bad things from others as well.
