ASC - America's Servicing Company Ripoff Tried to Foreclose on me due to their error. Due to their lack of Accounting skills!! Baltimore Maryland

In June of 2006 on the 5th day, I received a letter in the mail from an attorney telling me that they are foreclosing on my home. ASC has stated that I'd not made a payment since March on my home loan. Yet, I've been at battle with ASC ever month since they've taken over my loan from none other than Option One. Who funny it is to see that companies name mention on these pages. BTW, in case you didn't know, ASC is a sub of none other than, WELLS FARGO!!!!

So since that time, I meet with their attorney to state me proof. Gave him all the documents. All the while ASC was destroying my credit mind you. Showed prove of every single payment. Closed case, right? WRONG! He send them the info and they come back with well he owes us for October 2005. I said, here's your proof again, you didn't own my loan then, Option One did and here's the letter from them telling me that you're taking over my loan on November first. Now, on November the first, (let me back up a minute, I have a split loan for the house. So it's two different rates, got it, for the same house.) One loan is 172K and the other is 43K. Now, I take the November statement and I staple each of the loan tabs sheet to each check, with each check noting the loan numbers. And put them into one of their preprinted envelopes. (one stamp, why use two, both loans are going to the same place, I thought). Well, they screwed it up and put both checks on my smaller loan. Which screwed up my account and then when December came I had to prove this by my bank account records and where they placed the payment and show the amounts, HUGE FIGHT WITH THEM. BTW, they don't return your cancelled check either via their bank. Which is horses**t in my opinion. I wrote check, I accept one back as proof that they cashed it should I ever need this proof. It's now October and I just got this resolved sort of.

I had to hire an attorney so now I'm out more money. It's clearly their error, had to fight them on fixing my credit report. Only they only fixed on side of it for the loan they screwed up on. I WANT JUSTICE. Somebody should be gettin something here and it should be me for all the crap and stress and sleepless night worrying about this. ASC needs to be shutdown!!!!!
