Aspen Dental Lied about services offered, took xrays not covered by insurance, sent me to collections after telling me i dont owe! Daytona beach Florida

 I went into the office with my 8 year old son who needed a filling, possible root canal. They told me the did those services and set my appointment. When i went back the took my son back and just looked at his teeth, no real exam, no cleaning. They did xrays , then said they need to do another kind of xray. They told me it was covered by my insurance. They told me at this point that they dont do any of those services i had set the appointment for. They lied to bring me in. They sent me with a referral to another dentist in town. They basically did nothing and told me what i already knew. On top of all this i bring my xrays to the new dentist. He said the xrays we so horrible they were unreadable and the person who took them should be fired! So now i need new xrays.... all of them. But i had to pay full price because aspen dental used up all my credits for xrays! Next, i get a bill for 150 bucks for the xrays they took that were not covered. I called and told them everything and how they were unreadable. They said they would get back to me. They never did and i got more bills. Then i called several more times, each time i was told "ok we took care of it, dont worry you dont owe us." They sent me to collections! Now i get harassing calls daily for the bill im not supposed to owe!
