Aspen Dental has recently hired an attorney who demanded that www.boycottaspendental.com and www.twothirtydentalcaution.org be removed. As if that wasn’t enough. Then they continue by DEMANDING a release of ALL claims be signed with a low ball settlement offer that barely covers the expenses they caused, ignoring that suffering every single day has occurred for over a year. Aspen Dental (corp office) reached out recently to this victim and was informed that this victim is poor and disabled, and is someone who did not have the money to fix their error (and still doesn’t). INSTEAD of acknowledging that THEY caused pain, it was decided by these brilliant high paying corp execs, LETS THREATEN TO SUE OUR VICTIM SO THIS WILL JUST GO AWAY. Nope Aspen Dental your nasty gram via PDX attorney did not magically fix everything. We are actively seeking legal counsel to determine if intimidating a victim into settling for a small amount is acceptable when there is still treatment being administered and there is an open case with the Board of Dentistry.
