This company used hidden fees to over limit the account from the time it was activated, and uses other trumped up charges to overstate the billing. original amount that was used actually was $38 in store charges, but was billed for more than $300 in hidden fees and would never send the requested billing proof that cash withdrawels were made.

When first contacted to get the card they would not leave me alone until I got the card, they put pressure on me to get the card, and finally gave in to their pressure. I am disabled mentally and my husband is writing this report in my behalf and is trying to get a class action complaint against Aspire Visa in Pennsylvania. If anyone can please help I would be greatful.

This is very damageing to my credit since my husband is my payee on my social Security I have no knowledge in credit problems. I am Herbert and take care of her affairs but when people call (Telemarketers) and speak to her about offers and then convince her to get credit without concideration of her condition being mentally unable to conduct any business. She can not understand the hidden fees and should not be held responsable for pressure salesman giving her a credit card.

You are one of the preferred customers of companies like Aspire Visa. You make either your minimum monthly payment or pay a little over minimum ... either way you pay a finance charge! You are quick to judge others regarding their finances and yet you are paying this card company a finance charge EVERY MONTH ! You are exactly the type of moron that they are after ! LOL! Another favorite is the customer that doesn't pay on time ... finance charges AND late fees apply now.

Explain to me why it is that better than average customers are getting the boot? Customers that pay their accounts in full every month and never have to pay finance charges or late fees? I personally believe (and so do many others) that it is because companies like Aspire Visa are predators. They can't make any money off better than average customers. Instead, they prey on the broke, the cheap, the down and out and the not so wise. I agree that some of the people that they prey on could use some lessons in finance management and if you are paying finance charges every month, John, then you are one of those people! Regardless, it appears that Aspire Visa uses predatory practices to perform business. It is wrong ethically and morally and should be illegal in all 50 states.

First of all these remarks you made are very stupid and you are the jerk. You made accusations and defamed my family's reputation, and can and will be sued if I find out your real name. And if I do find you, I will make an example of you to others with a smart mouth. Second of all you must be an idiot to get credit through aspire, because you don't know what they are doing to people when they use loopholes of certian states. If you read the other complaints against them in all states not just me. Just a reminder..........I am looking for you!

This report is missing something------the facts!! You say your wife is mentally defective, who knows whats going on here!!!!!!

I've had an account with Aspire for 3 years, get regular limit increases, make more than the minimum payment every month online, and have the credit reports to prove that they DO report every single month.

Class action suit against Aspire for your own ignorance? Get real!! No rip off here, just stupidity!!
