Asset Acceptance LLC, Warren,Mich Asset Acceptance LLC RE: HOLIDAY SPA OF CALIFORNNIA/DAIWA Warren Michigan
*Consumer Suggestion: DO NOT CALL THEM - STAY OFF THE PHONE
I received letter at an address I havent lived at in three years. This company is stating I have I $609.30 which originated with Holiday Spa of California. I just ran my credit report and there is nothing on there but I do recall them being a collector for Ballys total fitness last year. I took care of deleting my Debt to bally s because of a contract error on their part so my balance eventually zero'ed out. Now, I hhave just bought a home, Have a &00 credit score and have no clue what or where Holiday Spa of california / DAIWA is.
they are demanding 182.79 before jan 31,2009. to settle this proposed debt.

DO NOT CALL THEM - STAY OFF THE PHONE

You cannot talk to them - it has to be in writing - do not sign letters - as they copy signatures to documents to make it appear you signed them when you did not.
First thing you do is send them a debt validation /dispute letter. Certified Mail Return Receipt. They cannot validate so have to cease collections
