Associated supply [Las Vegas, NV] telephone sale rep. contacted my company and pitched a sales for how their company could save my company money on "ink and Toner" cartage. She lead me to believes, I would receive ink and toner cartage for the officer printers to try without any up-front cost.
I received only a portion of what was promised and and invoice for the shipped and un-received items. The invoice arrived and is dated the same date as our telephone contact [12/22/2011].
This is very deceptive produce to mislead or miss-communications the intention of their company. Be fore-warned of this snake sale reps.

The company referenced above has been in business for over 20 years. We absolutely do not operate in this manner, and do everything possible to keep our valued customers satisfied.
