Mr. Joe Hickey charmingly assured me that after six months, if I did not earn my inital investment (at the very least), I wuld be refunded the full amount. I have requested this, and Ms. Desire Dedman relayed "Of course, you will get your refund". She informed me that she would request the "phone tape" (sounded like a good idea to me too!) and we would have our "phone appointment" to resolve the problem.

Surprise - to date I have not had my phone calls returned or answered. Better business bureau has not received a reply. Things are looking grim. My investment was just shy of $5000. I truly trusted the promises made, and am like many others I'm sure, feeling dissappointed and taken for a fool. I wish I had checked this website before I invested. I am still hopeful for a refund, but I'm not holding my breath either.

I search this website daily to find out if anyone has heard ANYTHING, resolved ANYTHING, has ANYTHING to report. I have followed all of the advice learned from this site and am empty handed. Has everyone given up? I anyone filing a suit? Any response from any legal agency? Please let me know - I am extremely downhearted about this whole situation. Are these people really getting away with the cold hearted theft reported by all of us?

Advice from Attorney General, AZ

Advised, "We know that this outcome is probably frustrating to you, but please undesrtand that we are simply prohibited by law from representing indivudal consumers. The Attorney Gerneral's office however, does bring cases against businesses that violate Arizona consumer protection statutes. That is why your complaint is so valuable - it assists this office in identifying and tracking a possible pattern of illegal conduct that could warrant future action..." I hope everyone files a complaint so that we can get results. This is rediculous that this company is defrauding so many innocent, trusting people who are trying to work and meet their financial obligations.

Looking for feedback... please don't quit now.
