I DO NOT WANT TO USE MY NAME, PLEASE RESPECT THAT. JUST AS THE REST OF THE PEOPLE SAID IN THEIR REPORT REGARDING ASSURANCE PLUS, MY FRIENDS AND I WERE ALL VICTIMS OF THIS COMPANY. MONEY WE DO NOT HAVE.

I AM OVER 60 AND DISABLE, MY FRIENDS ARE IN THEIR LATE FIFTIES. I TOLD KOBIE, JOSPH AND THE REST OF THE SCRAMERS. THAT DID NOT MEAN A THING TO THEM. I TOLD THEM, THE LADIES AND I ARE RETIRED OR SEMI-RETIRED AND LOOKING FOR INCOME TO HELP MAKE ENDS MEET. KOBIE TOLD MY FRIENDS AND I THE SAID STORY, ONCE YOUR SITES ARE UP AND RUNNING JUST SIT BACK AND WATCH THE MONEY ROLL IN AND WE DID NOT HAVE TO DO NOTHINGBUT CHECK YOUR SITES 2 OR 3 TIMES A WEEK. ONE OF THE LADIES DAUGHTER AND HER FRIENDS PURCHASE LOTS OF BOOKS FOR COLLEGE AND BOOKS AND SHE NEVER GOT PAID FOR THEM.

I RESEARCH ASSURANCE PLUS WITH THE BBB IN MAY AND FOUND MINUS PROBLEMS WITH THEM, HOWEVER TODAY I DECIDED TO CHECK FURTHER BECAUSE I WAS GETTING BAD FEELINGS ABOUT THEM BECAUSE I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. THE BBB GAVE THEM UNTIL 12/14/06 TO RESPOND. I AM GOING TO FILED WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE IN AZ., IF THEY DO NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK.

Assurance Plus still lying and making false promises.

I was informed by Veronica Taylor, Hanford, CA. regarding Assurance Plus. The company is still havig staff lying and making promises to reimburse people who they ripped off. The her to informed us (3 ladies) Agnes Ferguson, Johnnie M. Keller and herself (Vernoica Taylor) last week round about May 23, 07, that the checks would be (certified) and sent out by DHL this week May 30, 07. I laugh and told her do not hold her breath because she would surely die. What I do not get, why the news media of AZ has not expose this company. I have seen many companies expose by T.V. in Fresno, and many surrounding cities in the valley. I guess, I have to call my local news media regarding this company.

I am sure they have good people working for them, however, they are trapped like everyone else.

100% satisfaction

My name is Sierra Rutland and I am the Quality Assurance Manager for Assurance Plus and Diverse Marketing Concepts. I had to take a minute to respond. There is no doubt that even the greatest program in the world will not work or satisfy everyone. This is just like any other business it takes effort and time to build the business. We take every measure possible to ensure that each client has incredible opportunity to succeed in this business.

Please take a minute to let me explain. If you set 100 people up in a franchise that has a track record for success, statistics prove that at least 10 (most likely many more) of them would unfortunately fail. At least 60% of all people who open a restaurant fail in the first year. It is no different with this business except we have over a 90% satisfaction rate and the start up costs are a fraction of the other options I have mentioned. I would be wrong to say that this business will work for everyone, but one thing to remember is that it is a business and some effort has to be put in by the owner. The unfortunate part is that negative feedback is mostly what people take the time to post. I feel bad for the small percentage of people that were not satisfied with our business.

The prime example of this is a client named Max that has posted on this very site.
Max has been instructing people to go straight to the BBB and the Attorney General. When indeed if he would have contacted us directly and let us know his dissatisfaction we may have had the chance to satisfy his needs or let him out of the program without all the energy he has had to put out.

If it is something we did to let Max fall through the cracks than I will accept that and I apologize for the company. My goal is for every client to be satisfied and I will do whatever it takes to reach that goal.

We do have people that purchase our program and do not put in the effort and time to give the business a chance for success. If you have given our business a try and it is not working as you hoped please call our customer satisfaction line and let's discuss options that could get the business working at an optimal level or anything else we can do to ensure 100% satisfaction.
