Opening my email one day, and there is poping an offer on "Travel Cash" of 1625.00 for free. I cancled the whole thing before I gave any info on my creditcard. And i forgott everything about the whole thing.

Week or two later I've gott a call from ASTAR claiming that I won and have been approved to travel to USA Florida. And bla bla a lot of cheep sales tricks make me believe that I actually won. I made mistake and gave my creditcard info.

First with tape recorder I realized that I need to pay 998$ for travel but there was no option to regret. After the money was drawn from my account a few days later, I contacted them by phone (there was no mail info on their's web) and tell them my wish to cancle the whole thing.

Customer service said that they can't do anything to cancle because of travel package has been sendt to me allready. Hmm, why they won't accept my wish to cancle and why they allways talking that they not doing any canceling.

A few calls later the customer service made a promisse to refound the whole package but I have to wait until I got package by mail and then call them again and confirm that I don't wish that package. What a tough lady..

When travel package has arrived, I send email with my wish again to cancle the whole deal and get my money back. Got mail response that they not doing canceling via mail and that I need to call them instead.
On a phone there was a different story this time like: we can't and don't make any canceling after the deal is made, try to sell tickets on ebay and so on. After stil having wish to cancle the whole thing they came with another demand: I need to send tickets back to ASTAR before the 30 days are gone since the deal is made.

Now, those tickets was two and an half week on the way to me, there is almost no chance that those ticket wil return in time back to USA. And why should that metter if tickets are back within 30 days when I have called and emailed my wish on canceling of the whole thing several times within those 30 days?

I have emailed them several times after I have sendt tickets back, but jet there is no answer or the money back.

After I have made repport on this site and make some file compliant on:
wroted emails to ASTAR about that they have day or two othervise my bank will take case further with visa abuse department,
have contacted my bank's visa department and they put me throw chargeback option and I got my money back!
