Atomicpark ripoff worst service slowest shipping phone rarely works never recieved product Milwaukee Wisconsin

I ordered an upgrade for my ancient computer running windows 98 to enable me to install windows XP on feb 18th from Atomicpark using their 6-10 day free shipping method. After waiting 15 days and after many hours of waiting on hold with customer service I was told that it was in Richmond CA and I should receive it shortly. I was able to track my package and found that it was "undeliverable as addressed" (which means some dolt mis-labeled it) and the package was on the way back from where it came. Phones were out of order and I wasn't able to contact them till march 13th, when I was assured that it had been re-mailed via UPS. Although not happy I agreed that that would be satisfactory as long as I received it soon. Today the 15th I received an Email that I had an in store credit for the 98.50, the cost of the upgrade. Their tracking page doesn't reflect reshipping and the phones are once again out of order. I will now take this up with my credit card company. DON'T Do business with these jokers, it's just not worth the time and agravation.
