AT&T, Formerly Cingular AT&T charged me for 3 months after me phone was cut off and they still are! Pensacola Florida

I have been with AT&T since October and ever since I been with them it's just been some kind of problem with them. First when I got the phone turned on I had UNLIMITED TALK, TEXT, AND WEB/DATA. They sent me my FIRST month bill for November saying that I had a $6,783.54 bill that i had to pay within a week. I went to the At&T store on Airport BLVD. and the lady there informed me that she had never seen a bill that was so high in the time that she was within the AT&T business.

After it was straightened out and everything, I got another bill that came through and it stated that they had took off the UNLIMITED WEB/DATA- which was fine by me- and just left the UNLIMITED TALK and TEXT. Around about January I added a LAPTOP connect device that was $60.00 a month, again, fine by me. Then they told me the bill was going to be high for the first month that I had got it and I understood that by the activation and all of that other stuff would be uploaded to the bill when adding a new device to your plan.

ONE month later in February, I got a bill that had that they re added the UNLIMITED WEB/DATA to my plan and I did not approve of this so I went back to the AT&T store. They gave me the run around saying I had to do this and to do that, go here and go there, so when I finally reached the place that I got some help from he told me that there was a problem with who ever added the wireless laptop device to my service, accidently put the WEB/DATA back onto my plan and that that total bill would be $3,594.19.

Within the term of the service when the laptop connect card was added, NO ONE on my plan used the WEB/INTERNET or DATA when it was serviced and he looked and seen that we didn't. So like at the END of MAY kinda the BEGINNING of JUNE, I did not pay the bill and I told them that I would pay this in a week but I wanted to get it cut off and that I did not want to go with the plan any more and that I WOULD pay the bill when I got the money in a week. So I went through this process, paid the bill and pay the so called "UNREGISTERED" or "DISCONNECTION" fee and ever since then I've been getting a bill from them saying I owe such and such amount by such a such time but I been quit fooling with them.

Just now today I got a bill that stated that I had to pay ALMOST $4,000 for the plan for the last what? two, three months? but no one haas even touch the phones because I took them all and stored them in my file cabinet so none of us could use them any more. But I'm switching to TMOBILE now and that's all that matters. And with them saying "MORE BARS in MORE PLACES" it's NOT EVEN TRUE because I had "DEAD ZONES" or "NO SERVICE" in one of my office warehouse buildings and it was somewhere near a tower...
