Ive had this service for just about a year and I hate it as much now as I did in the first week. Out of the first week after installation, I actually had service maybe 3 days.  I had 5 different techs out here in the first 10 days and each one blamed the one before.

When they signed us up for it we were promised one price and several deals.  Within the first day or so they had to make adjustments because this that or the other werent available to us for some BS reason.  They promised us they could get us service for "way less" than what we had been paying with the other company.  It all sounded good til we got the first bill.  I called them over the various charges. I was told "Oh that was part of the installation"....or "the salesman that signed you up was incorrect, there is a charge for this or that.  Or my personal favorite, "that's a one time only charge".  Funny though....ya gotta call em each d**n month to get it adjusted. Im done

Had there not been a 1 year contract, Id have dropped them and gone back to Charter in the first week. The service sucks, the technicians suck and customer service sucks. I had called them to come out and find what was wrong and fix it....probably 2 weeks after it was installed.   Customer Service said there will be a charge of $59.99 and there is no guarantee they can solve the problem in one visit.  I replied "Im not paying any kind of charge for this. YOU people installed this less than 2 weeks ago and it hasnt worked correctly since".  Her response was "I think you WILL pay it or we wont fix it" and then she hung up.

In the full year since installation, I have not had ONE COMPLETE and UNINTERRUPTED week of service yet.  The phones will go out randomly and often...then the TV will freeze or just go blank. We have 3 TVs w/cable boxes and at random one or more of them wont work saying that all available TVs are busy etc.  You have to switch channels back and forth a lot just to get ONE to work for more than 5 minutes sometimes.

I supposedly have one of the highest internet connections and yet it is ALWAYS slow, the pages will time or pages wont load or there is some error or another.

I called them for assistance here just recently.  They were going to charge me $59.99 and told me straight up that they likely cant resolve the issue and will have to make a return trip which will now cost twice that.  I had the tech come out, he was friendly enough but it was between 5 and 7 and he clearly wanted to go home.  He walked in, open up the Device Manager, said he cant fix this and walked out. I called the office and all they could say was there would be another charge.

The problems never end, it's one thing after another with this company and the worst part is, they simply dont care.  I only have a couple weeks left on the contract, and cant wait to go back to my old provider.

Please research this place before you switch providers.  Im sure not everyone has problems like this but if you're the only ONE it matters...at least to you.
