 I have only had ATT for a few months - I am 22 just getting out on my own and set my bills on schedule.  So I moved last month called ATT and they said oh the move is free - saw the commercial everything!  well what happened was... and I am in billing so I do understand the process.  ATT on 4/16 moved my service (i moved they came out and connected) needless to say the guy didnt even hook up right... so now I get my bill and guess what?  I am being charged instead of 1 month for service on cable and one month of service on uverse... NO now its 2 months the rep said you are being charged in advance... tell me this?  if there is no charge why stop my monthly billing on 4/16 then the next line is a new monthly billing "add service" on 4/16 which made my bill double!  the only time my bill was doubled was when I started so why said there is no charge?  there is they double charge you the monthly fee and had the nerve to say it was the end of my bill cycle... really? then that should have been the end of my bill right?  but no we bill you in advance for next month... if that was the case then each month i would be billed for 2 months if its current bill and advance billing... since i got ATT i have NEVER paid what they told me was my monthly bill of 114.00 every month its something else...  Dont call CHAT it has to be automated my key words becuase the chat agent didnt have clue what to do and told me to call in.  Funny they turn you off quick, and will never admit mistake,  then the guy say will i credit you 100.00 to keep you around ... dont act like you doing me a favor no your over billing me... they must get commission cause i dont see why if there is no charge all you do is a change of address and send the tech... why bill me twice for the same service. ATT is a scam and only want to get over they charge more fees and make up stuff as they go everytime i call them i will go with out cable until i can get another service... then had the nerve to get an attitude and say i have to take the equipment ups... I didnt pick it up from UPS really - they just want to charge you 100's of dollar for not return it...  ATT is a scam
