I boughAT&TGoPhone for my mom and put $40 on it. I specifically asked salesman at AT&T store will my minutes expire. He said No, your minutes would never expire. And guess what, after 90 days my mom's phone has no service. I called AT&T customer support and to my surprise they said that money on my account expired ! And in order to get them back into account I need to give them additional 25$. Well it reminds me crooks that I've seen in Eastern Europe :) Taking somebody's money - isn't that called stealing
