auralux dermaluxe(Wilmington, DE), hydra stem cell serum(CA) sent additional(unordered) products Scottsdale Arizona

a few days ago i requested a "free" sample of auralux for $4.95.  i received no confirmation of the order (odd, i thought).  received package yesterday...no return name, only an adress).  upon opening the package there was not one, but four, items and no invoice.  i found it suspicious and called my cc company and only then did i discover what charges had been made...an additional $84.93.  this is now being investigated by my cc company which also gave me 2 more phone numbers for auralux.  i called one of the other numbers he had given me and i swear i was speaking to the same person at auralux who identified herself as sara(h).  i informed her the matter was in dispute and she refused any further communication although in a previous conversation she said someone would phone me within 24 hours.  maybe i was the fool, but this sort of business practice is outrageous.
