Auto Maxx Freeway Auto Credit LIED, RIP OFF, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Leesburg, Georgia

I currently am leasing a vehicle from Freeway also know as AutoMaxx. I had a discussion with a rep by the name of Jermey. I told him I was unable to make the whole payment on my vehicle because I was having some bank issues. He asked me how I was going to make the payment cause I needed to make the payment. I told him there was not any way that I could make the whole payment. So after getting irriated with him I asked could he have my account rep to contact me in the morning (9-24-2011). He said it does not matter cause it was going to come to him anyway. So after trying to come to an agreement with him I hung up.

He did not know that I was able to come up with 110.42 of my payment. Which I owed 180.42. When discussing this matter with Jeremey, I was in front of ACE where I also make my payment. Soon after I hung up I heard beeping sounds coming from the vehicle. When I made it home, I tried going to the post office and my car would not start. He had made turned the car off! My complaint is, he was unaware of what my next step was going to be. Even though I informed him I could not pay it, but I had a friend with me that did help me. I feel like that act of his behavior was foolish and selfish! He was not aware of my next idea to make the car payment. He also was not aware of my whereabouts or if I had children with me!

I also had an issue with how much the pay off of the vehicle is. I have kept my receipts since 11/10/09. When I make a payment I always subtract the difference. When I ask periodically how much the pay off is, it is always a higher amount! It never goes down. And they always have a fee for why it is that amount! This company is a rip off! I try very hard to pay them on time and even have doubled my payments. And at the end of the day, there is always a problem. Please help me any way possible. I feel like I have over paid them anyway for a 2003. I have also had to have work done on the vehicle for as mechanical work. I would like to join any settlement if one is out there for Auto Maxx aka Freeway! These people are living jokes!
