Auto Parts Warehouse dishonest ripoff no refund Internet

My order was placed using the website. After 30 minutes of talking to a rep and giving them all of the details, they assured me that my order was correct. The order arrived quickly but the parts were wrong and one part was not what the seller told me it was.

To get an RMA has been a nightmare. First off, the sales staff hardly speaks english. To get an RMA you have to wait 4 business days, then pay to send the part back (non-refundable), then pay a 20% restocking fee, then wait another 30 days for a refund. If you want the correct part, you have to pay again for the part that should have been sent to begin with.

Good luck trying to resolve anything with customer service. If you can understand what they are saying, they will do anything possible to avoid helping get your problem resolved. I was not once treated as a valued customer and I was told that I couldn't speak to a manager after 4 different phone calls. I have never been more frustrated with a company in my life. DO NOT BUY FROM WWW.AUTOPARTSWAREHOUSE.COM, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!
